Description: Even though we all have the capacity for trance, we often are not consciously aware of utilizing this capacity in a constructive manner.  The Fundamental Level 1 training will assist you in facilitating constructive trances, making the most out of those states with effective and timely therapeutic suggestions. It will also help you recognize destructive spontaneous trance states, destructive self-suggestions, and provide ways to ground and reorient. Taught by trauma-informed faculty, this course will include topics/skills on hypnotic phenomena, hypnotic language, elicitations, deepening, reorienting, utilization, formulating suggestions, along with opportunities for supervised practice.
