Abstract:

Join Dr. Carolyn Daitch, an internationally recognized expert in anxiety treatment, for an in-depth 2-day workshop designed to expand your therapeutic toolkit and enhance your ability to treat anxiety disorders. Dr. Daitch will present a powerful integrative therapy model that combines the best practices of mindfulness, hypnosis, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Anxiety impacts an estimated 20% of the population, disrupting lives with fear, obsessive thinking, and avoidant behaviors. This workshop equips mental health professionals with practical, client-centered strategies to address the unique challenges of anxiety-related conditions, including panic disorder, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).   What You’ll Learn: Daitch’s four-part intervention, The Stop Solution, a transformative approach to empower clients overwhelmed by anxiety.
