How to Log in to the New ASCH Portal

ASCH has upgraded to a new database for membership, education, and certification management. This upgrade brings an improved, user-friendly system that simplifies tasks like renewing memberships, registering for events, updating contact information, and more. To access these features, all users – including members, non-members, and applicants for educational programs – are required to authenticate their accounts in the new ASCH Portal by following the process outlined below. 

New ASCH Portal

Step 1: Access the new portal 

Navigate to the new ASCH Portal. You will see a dialog box that looks like the one shown below. Here’s where you will set up your Account. 

Please DO NOT enter your login details or click on “Don’t remember your password.” Just skip the “Log In” tab and click on “Set Up an Account”.  

Step 2: Set up your account in the new ASCH portal:  

  • Click “Set Up an Account” from the options at the top of the box. 
  • At this point in time, EVERYONE accessing ASCH needs a new account. Proceed with “Set Up an Account.” 
  • Enter the email address linked to your current ASCH membership, create a new password, and enter your first and last name. Then click the blue ‘Set Up’ button. 

Step 3: After clicking ‘Set Up,’ the system will perform a check and send you an email (to the email you entered) from info@asch.net , requesting you to verify the email address you provided in Step 2. (Refer to the sample below.) Please click on the Verify link in the email to confirm your ASCH account. 

If you don’t receive the email: 

– Click on ‘Resend Verification Email.’ 

– Check your spam box. 

– Verify if the email address you entered has any spelling errors. 

Step 4:  

After clicking on the “Verify” link in the email, you will be directed to the new ASCH portal. There, you can update your profile by clicking on “My Profile” and then “Manage My Profile.” Make updates to your profile if necessary.
