NEW! ASCH Online Clinical Demonstration Series

November 18 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

The American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH) is pleased to introduce a new quarterly online educational series designed to bring participants into an interactive and engaging clinical learning experience. The inaugural session will take place on Wednesday, November 18, featuring veteran clinicians Akira Otani, EdD, and George Glaser, LCSW.

One of the most valuable aspects of hypnosis training is the opportunity to observe experienced clinicians in action. This virtual series provides a unique opportunity to watch master practitioners demonstrate a variety of hypnotic approaches, therapeutic modalities, and clinical styles with volunteer participants.

Each session will allow attendees to:

  • Observe live clinical demonstrations by experienced hypnosis practitioners
  • Compare different techniques, language patterns, and therapeutic approaches
  • Explore how different clinicians achieve similar therapeutic goals through distinct methods
  • Engage directly with presenters through discussion and questions
  • Volunteer as trance participants when appropriate
  • Participate in a true workshop-style learning environment

Because the program is designed to be flexible and responsive to participant interests, the format may vary from session to session. Presenters may respond to audience-submitted clinical questions, demonstrate alternative approaches with the same volunteer, or work with different volunteers and discuss the similarities and differences in their methods. Each session will conclude with opportunities for reflection, discussion, and questions.

Please note: Continuing education credits will not be offered for this series due to the flexible, participant-driven nature of the content.
