Description: Building upon foundational hypnosis skills, this workshop deepens clinical application in anxiety disorders, stress-related conditions, and pain management. Participants will learn advanced induction and deepening techniques, methods for enhancing autonomic regulation, and strategies for fostering resilience and self-efficacy, with interventions tailored to specific presentations such as generalized anxiety, chronic pain, and acute stress response. Emphasis is placed on individualized case conceptualization and hands-on practice with expert faculty feedback.
Learning Objectives:
- Utilize advanced induction and deepening techniques to address anxiety symptoms in clinical presentations.
- Construct two or more indirect suggestion or utilization-based interventions for patients presenting with pain or stress-related conditions.
- Develop a self-hypnosis protocol suitable for integration into an individualized treatment plan.
- Modify hypnotic intervention strategies to address at least three distinct clinical populations (e.g., pediatric, chronic pain, disorder of the gut-brain interaction).
