In this intensive three-day course\, participants receive in-depth training in the foundations of clinical hypnosis and will learn about the principles and process of hypnotic elicitation\, suggestions\, and treatment integration. The workshop is a mix of didactic presentations\, demonstrations\, experiential exercises\, and faculty-led small group mentored practice tailored to the specific needs and learning styles of each participant. At the conclusion of the workshop\, participants will have been taught the basic skills required to utilize clinical hypnosis and begin to apply it to their practice. There is extensive research demonstrating the effectiveness of hypnosis in treating many mind-body and behavioral health conditions.  \nLearning Objectives: Specific learning objectives for each teaching segment of the course are included in the timed agenda.
