DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, April 23\, 2025 at 8:00 PM-9:30 PM ET \n*Click Here To Register*  \nThis 90-minute program provides health practitioners with a conceptual framework and practical tools to ‎help clients experience anxiety from a perspective of hopefulness and strength rather than fear and ‎avoidance. The presentation includes scientific information about anxiety and fear states and practical ‎applications for guiding change that helps one understand that the behaviors and circumstances that ‎typically produce discomfort can be used as stepping stones to greater emotional knowledge about ‎themselves and a greater capacity for emotional resilience. The session will include at least one ‎demonstration with an audience member and a skill-development practice session.‎ \nInstructor:  \n \nGeorge P. Glaser\, LCSW \nGeorge Glaser\, MSW\, LCSW is in private practice in Austin\, Texas. George obtained his MSW degree from Ohio State University School of Social Work in 1975. He is a Past President of ASCH and the Central Texas Society of Clinical Hypnosis (CTSCH). He served as Guest Editor of the American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis for a special issue on the treatment of anxiety and is currently the Social Work Editor for the journal. He is a co-founder of the Milton H.
