Bill Brislin, LMHC, NCC,  is a professional counselor in independent practice in Orlando, Florida. Certified in clinical hypnosis and EMDR therapy, he is an EMDR-approved consultant, basic EMDR trainer, and trainer for the EMDR Recent Traumatic Episodes Protocol and the Group Traumatic Episodes Protocol. Through Connect Training & Consulting, Bill also offers advanced training and consultation for EMDR therapists in the areas of complex trauma and dissociation. He is currently collaborating with Maria Masciandaro, Psy.D. for a book chapter on group resourcing utilizing the EMDR Group Resource Enhancement Protocol scheduled for publication in 2023.
