Stephen Lankton, LCSW

Stephen Lankton is a licensed clinical social worker (since 1974). He studied with Milton Erickson from 1975 to 1979. He has been the editor-in-chief of the American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis since 2005 and is a fellow of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. He is a Diplomate in Clinical Hypnosis and an Emeritus Clinical Member of the International Transactional Analysis Association. He is the recipient of two Lifetime Achievement Awards for outstanding contributions to the field of psychotherapy and contributions to the field of hypnosis. He is the author, co-author, or editor of 19 books and 45 chapters in professional publications.
