Steven N. Gold, Ph.D. is a Professor Emeritus, at Nova Southeastern University College of Psychology, and Founding Director of NSU's Trauma Resolution & Integration Program (TRIP). He was President of the American Psychological Association Division of Trauma Psychology (56) and the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD), the inaugural editor of Division 56's scientific journal, Psychological Trauma, and recipient of Division 56 and ISSTD's Lifetime Achievement Awards. He authored the books Not Trauma Alone and Contextual Trauma Therapy was Editor-in-Chief of the APA Handbook of Trauma Psychology and was a co-editor of Dissociation and Dissociative Disorders (second edition).
